1. Change the original chain and manual paper feeding mechanism to chain automatic paper feeding mechanism. The original chain paper feeding mechanism is to manually feed paper one by one on the paper feeding table. The disadvantage of this paper feeding method is that the labor intensity of the operator is high, the paper feeding efficiency is low, and the accuracy is poor. After changing to the chain automatic paper feeding mechanism, the cardboard is stacked on the paper feeding table and the automatic paper feeding is implemented, which not only reduces the labor intensity of the operator, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of paper feeding.
2. Change the original phase manual adjustment mechanism to manual zero return fine adjustment and automatic zero return fine adjustment. The adjustment speed is slow, the number of trial adjustments is large, and cardboard is wasted. After using the back to zero fine adjustment, not only the adjustment speed is improved, but also the operation is more convenient. Using back to zero, theoretically one page of cardboard should be the finished product, greatly saving the cardboard of the test machine.
3. Improve the adjustment method of slotting knife and edge pressing wheel. The old-fashioned common model is to adjust knives and edge pressing wheel one by one. There are eight cutter plates, eight edge pressing wheels and four slotting knives up and down. 20 adjustments are required. This method is improved to manual linkage knife adjustment and automatic linkage knife adjustment. With this mechanism, as long as the knife plate is adjusted once, the upper and lower knife plates and the upper and lower pressing wheels will move together, and the knife adjustment speed will be increased many times, which is especially suitable for multi-variety and small batch processing. 4. Change the original semi-automatic ink circulation to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation. The original semi-automatic cycle is the ink cycle when the power is turned on, and the ink cannot cycle when the power is turned off. This is easy to cause ink drying on the anilox roller, blocking the mesh, affecting the printing effect. After changing to manual automatic circulation and pneumatic automatic circulation, the above situation can be avoided, and the printing effect is greatly improved.
Through the improvement of blank pressing and slotting, the blank pressing effect and slotting effect can be improved, and the service life of the slotting knife can be extended. After the above improvements, not only the production efficiency, performance, and product conversion speed have been improved, but the appearance of the equipment has also been greatly improved, but the manufacturing cost has not increased much. If standardized, serialized and modular design and production can be adopted, manufacturing costs will be reduced and quality will be improved. If the carton equipment manufacturers in this regard, the technical level of China's carton processing equipment will be further improved.
